Oto Anthro was founded by Dr. Joshua Stramiello, a board-certified otolaryngologist who kept meeting the same gap in clinic: the space between “do nothing” and “medicated treatment.” The at-home half of ENT wellness — natural breathing, ear hygiene, sinus comfort, sleep quality — deserved products as careful as the clinical half.
So the Department makes them: functional, minimal, and rooted in medical expertise. Every product ships with plain instructions, because a customer who understands their ears needs less convincing and less rescuing. When the honest answer is buy nothing, we print that too.
