THE INSTITUTION
Who makes these products?
Otolaryngological Anthropology Inc. — all products made in our U.S. warehouse from FDA- and CE-approved materials.
Do you offer medical advice?
No. The Department sells wellness goods and plain instructions; diagnosis and treatment belong to your own doctor.
Are your products HSA/FSA eligible?
It depends on your plan. Some customers have been reimbursed with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their provider.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card at checkout?
Some cards work directly; most plans require manual reimbursement after purchase, with your receipt.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?
Within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 3 business days; tracking arrives by electronic post.
Do you offer refunds?
Damaged or defective items are replaced free — write to Dept. C with photographs. Otherwise all sales are final.

What are Auil ear drops used for?
Moisturizing dry ears, easing hearing-aid and earbud irritation, and softening earwax naturally.
Are they safe?
Yes — USP-grade oils from FDA-approved facilities, made under good manufacturing practices. One ingredient, plainly labeled.
Can I use them for my child?
Generally yes for children; consult your healthcare provider before use in infants.
Do they need refrigeration?
No. Room temperature, away from direct sunlight, like most sensible things.
Are they FDA approved?
Cosmetic ear oils don’t require FDA drug approval; ours are manufactured from FDA-approved materials.

What is chin lift tape for?
It supports the muscles under the chin during sleep to promote natural nasal breathing — without sealing the lips.
Is it safe?
Yes — medical-grade, latex-free kinesiology fabric from FDA/CE-approved suppliers. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
Can I use it if I have sleep apnea?
Ask your doctor first. Roncaid is not a treatment for sleep apnea and never substitutes for CPAP or medical care.
Can I wear it over a beard?
Not recommended — the tape needs skin contact to hold. Trim the application area, or await our beard-friendly model, presently under research.

How many drops?
Tilt, apply 5–10 drops, wait, wipe on rising. Consistency beats quantity.
RONCAID
Is Roncaid mouth tape?
No. It supports the chin from below — the mouth stays free to open.
What about sleep apnea?
Roncaid is not a treatment for sleep apnea. If you gasp, choke, or stop breathing during sleep, talk to your doctor.
WHEN TO SEE A DOCTOR
When should I skip the drops?
Ear pain, drainage, a perforated eardrum, tubes, or recent surgery — see a professional instead.
