ROLE AT THE DEPARTMENT
A practicing otolaryngologist, Dr. Stramiello founded Oto Anthro after years of meeting the same gap in clinic: the space between “do nothing” and “medicated treatment.” He formulated the Auil line, invented Roncaid, and still signs the Pledge on every catalog personally — the medical desk and the media desk share a hallway, and he sits at both.
